I’m excited to grow a new circle. I’ve lost most of mine during the difficult divorce. It’s been very eye opening. I’ve decided to restrict access to my joy. It’s got to be earned now, I no longer give it freely. And that’s ok. It goes against everything I am and ever have been but I can’t stomach this kind of pain anymore. So I’m blessed to have found a tribe that seeks joy like I do. In sunsets, my granddaughters eyes, watching my sunflowers grow. Nature is the only thing that’s never hurt me or deceived me. I expect devastation, but also beauty that doesn’t judge. It just gives you a show.
